If you are not happy with your purchase, you have 7 business days from receipt of the artwork to return it in its original package. Unfortunately, after 7 days we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
Please note: You are responsible for the return shipping fees and a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, contact customer support to request return authorization.
We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:
- Any item not in its original condition or that is damaged.
- Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
